We aim to dispatch deliveries within 24 hours of receipt, All items will be sent Royal Mail 2nd class to keep your costs down. If you require your item urgently please contact us and we can arrange.

All our items are packaged securely to minimise breakages. Please refer to our Returns and Refund Policy below if there is a problem
Return & Refund Policy
If in the unlikely event you have an issue with any product you have purchased, please read the policies below. We aim to respond to any questions within 48 hours.
Please notify us of any issues within 14 days of delivery using the Contact Us section on the website
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Postage for the returned item will be refunded in full on receipt of the return.
We are sorry but Personalised items can only be returned if they are faulty or the design is not as requested. There is a reminder at time of purchase to check the spelling of any bespoke message to eliminate error.
Once we receive your item, we will notify you and issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within the time stated on your card issuers policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own postage costs for returning your item. This will be refunded in full on receipt along with the purchase price.
